We are looking for a traffic coordinator who will be responsible for organizing the loading and unloading of parts, recording line jobs, and ensure effective communication across all functions to ensure completion of jobs in the prescribed timeand to specified quality standards.

What you will be responsible for in this role:

* Coordinates with third party vendors/carriers the shipment of finished refrigerated cases and service parts to customer sites.
* Handles all shipping claims and paperwork to ensure all shipments are delivered to their destination within set parameters.
* Enters all shipment/freight information in the computer for tracking purposes.
* Completes required international paperwork for shipment.
* Acts as the customer service liaison between our internal Sales and Service Deparment, the Freight Carrrier, and the customer.
* Possesses the ability to understand freight contracts.
* Audits freight invoices for accuracy.
* Ensures all customer billing is keyed and invoiced in the system.
* Works with the inside sales team when customer issues and/or returned product is sent back due to damages, etc.
* All other duties as assigned.

What are the basic qualifications?

* High School Diploma/GED
* Must be customer focused and possesses the ability to problem solve for a customer with little to no guidance when needed.
* Prior shipping and shipment coordination experience is strongly preferred.
* Seeking advanced Excel spreadsheet skills.
* Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite programs; MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
* Must be organized and proactive to help solve customer issues and/or concerns.
* Must have a High School Diploma or equivalency, college degree preferred.
* 1+ years of relevant work experience.
* Ability to lift 50 pounds plus bending, twisting or lifting from awkward positions or in tight spaces, must be able to push and pull cases in excess of 20lbs to 80lbs repetitiously.
* Frequent standing, bending, pushing, and pulling is required,

* Experience with AS400.
* Previous experience working with freight carriers.
* Experience communicating with cross functions and vendors.
