As an Enrollment Eligibility Representative, you will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, processing, and maintaining new member(s)/group enrollment information. Position in this function is responsible for preparing, processing and maintaining new members or group enrollments. Position may load new member or group data into the enrollment database & update the database with changes. Position may also respond to member eligibility or group questions & verify enrollment status. Position may work with various types of member correspondence. Position may also be responsible for reconciling eligibility discrepancies, analyzing transactional data & submitting retroactive eligibility changes. Position may also be responsible for inventory control of member and group transactions. This position is full-time for 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 6:00 pm EST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. We offer 9 weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 8:00 am - 4:30 pm EST, Monday - Friday. Training will be conducted virtually from your home. Primary Responsibilities:

The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 - $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
