Summary ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, CAMPAIGN ANALYTICS AMP Agency is looking for a curious, thoughtful, and data-driven storyteller to join its Campaign Analytics team. As an Associate Director of Campaign Analytics, you'll lead campaign analytics across several client accounts, set the measurement agenda, and mentor and guide analysts to deliver accurate, executive-ready insights. You will partner closely with Media, Strategy, Creative, and Technology teams to connect brand impact to business results and to scale repeating reporting and testing frameworks. This role requires a solid foundation in media measurement, a passion for interpreting data, and the ability to both roll up your sleeves and guide a team. Responsibilities:
Own analytics for key accounts by setting the measurement plan, defining meaningful KPIs and success criteria, and translating results into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Purpose The Associate Director Market Research & Analytics serves as the business leader responsible for all Market Research & Analytics services and support activities and provides leadership of the Market Research & Analytics team while providing accountability for the company's strategic goals. Primary role is to provide strategic development and program planning of all events and special projects in order to drive the achievement of budgeted revenue targets and grow the business through new value propositions, with and through a team of direct and indirect reports. The Market Research & Analytics is high visibility position responsible for the direction and management of Market Research & Analytics, including; Data Collection, Analysis, Interpretation, Application, proposal creation and delivery, and Client and Cross Functional team leadership. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Managing Market Research & Analytics within the Sales Ecosystem *Work closely with VP Client Services to align and prioritize Market Research & Analytics activities to support sales and EBITDA goals Client and Cross Functional Leadership *Travel to customer and client locations to participate in key meetings to obtain valuable onsite knowledge of team dynamics, and customer and client operations.
