Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. This position provides direction and oversight of strategic and transformational improvements of the Bank's business plans. Provides recommendations regarding best practices and methodologies. This position is responsible for partnering with internal and external stakeholders to solicit feedback, negotiate appropriate change management strategies, and implements large-scale strategic initiatives that generate business growth and lead to successful integration and adoption. Leads special projects, mentors associate team, oversees resource and financial management, and handles the most complex issues in support of daily workflow. Serves as a subject matter expert. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in Business Strategy, Project Planning, and Financial Services industry OR High School Diploma -OR- GED and 14 years of experience in Business Strategy, Project Planning, and Financial Services industry Preferred Area of Experience: Finance, Accounting License or Certification Type: Lean Six Sigma Certification Preferred The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $172,000 - $230,000 per year. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
