Position Overview
The Senior Coordinator, Project Management for the Carolina Panthers will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of high-impact creative initiatives across marketing, content, and brand teams. It will manage timelines, resources, and workflows to ensure projects are delivered with precision and creative excellence. Acting as a central hub between stake and creative teams, this role will help translate strategic goals into actionable plan, streamline communication, and champion process improvements that elevate the quality and efficiency of our creative output.
This role, working directly with the Manager, Creative Operations, and Head of Creative, will be a crucial position contributing to operational excellence in a high-volume creative operation
Primary Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end creative projects including campaigns, branding initiatives, video production, and digital content.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, content, marketing, and external vendors to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Workflow & Process Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, briefs, and workflows using Lytho project management system
- Strong working knowledge of creative vernacular
- Multi-media types, file types, printing specs, software, etc.
- Resource Coordination: Allocate internal and external resources effectively, ensuring teams are supported and deadlines are met.
- Quality Control: Review creative output to ensure alignment with brand standards and strategic objectives.
- Reporting & Optimization: Monitor project performance & timeliness, gather feedback, and implement process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years in a hands-on project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of creative workflows across design, copywriting, video, and digital production.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Lytho, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Must be able to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends and holidays when necessary.
- Must pass pre-employment screens
- Must be able to handle confidential, privileged, and/or sensitive information carefully and with sensitivity

Physical Requirements
- Sitting at a desk and computer for long periods of time.
- Bending, standing, reaching, kneeling, and lifting technology equipment and office materials.
- Walking throughout the stadium facility, sometimes for an extended period of time.
Work Environment
- This job operates in a professional office environment (mostly office environment, outside in a stadium facility at times which may include inclement weather conditions).
