This role contributes insights through financial modeling and business analysis. The role drives business outcomes by delivering data-driven recommendations and independently managing stakeholder needs.
Essential Functions -Perform moderately complex operational and financial modeling, forecasts, and variance analyses. -Analyze market trends, internal performance data, and process metrics to support strategic planning. Prepare presentations for leadership review utilizing data visualization tools to support the presentation materials. -Collaborate across departments to understand financial needs, identify opportunities for enhancement, and implement solutions. -Contribute to dashboard development for leaders to readily evaluate and report information. -Assist in budget planning, monitoring, and reporting in alignment with hospital goals. -Develop business plans for new or existing programs, projects, and investments, and support the development of strategic and operational business plans. Conduct cost-benefit analyses and assess financial feasibility for new projects or initiatives. -Identify, recommend, and track operational improvements or cost-saving initiatives. -Present comprehensive reports highlighting key operational and financial metrics and trends to stakeholders. -Manage smaller projects or workstreams under guidance.
