Gorman & Company is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Escobedo at Verde Vista, a 132-unit affordable housing community. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their property management career while making a positive impact in the community.

What You'll Do

Assisting with leasing, renewals, and resident communications.
Processing rent payments, collections, and notices.
Coordinating service requests and following up with residents.
Supporting financial reporting and budget management.
Assisting with property inspections and vendor coordination.
Helping to ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of property management & affordable housing experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; property management software experience a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility to assist during occasional evenings or weekends, as needed.
