The Position The Department of Finance within the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa invites applications for one or more Tenured/Tenure-Track Faculty Position(s) in Finance at the level of Assistant, Associate, and Full Professor starting Fall 2026. Rank will be based on experience and record of achievement. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications. Position(s) are 100% time with benefits. The Department The Finance Department is a leading center for research and education in finance. Our faculty includes 28 full-time members, with 18 tenure and tenure-track faculty, conducting a wide variety of research in asset pricing, corporate finance, banking, household finance, insurance and risk management, and real estate. We serve over 1,000 students across our undergraduate and graduate degree programs, providing a rigorous curriculum that prepares them for successful careers. The department also has an active PhD program in finance with a strong and consistent placement record.
