Salary: $65,000-$75,000 Position Summary: The Compliance Specialist supports the implementation and daily operations of the agency's Compliance program. This role executes the activities that ensure the agency operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and standards, good business practices, and company documented procedures. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and collaborative - able to manage multiple priorities, balance independent work with team engagement, and contribute to a culture of compliance. Success in this role requires strong project management skills, clear communication, and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high-quality outcomes. Bachelors of Business Administration (required)
Experience
2 years: Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare compliance or related regulatory/operations /project management role. (required)
