Genesis10 is seeking a Commercial Loans/Loan IQ Consultant for a 6-month+ contract position in Chandler, AZ. There are three open positions, and they will work on a hybrid schedule. Compensation: $30.16 per hour. Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in/ 2 days remote) Job Description: Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Commercial Loan Closing. Review and analyze basic or tactical Commercial Loan Closing assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Commercial Loan Closing. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience PROJECT DETAILS This contractor will support day-to-day operations within Commercial Lending as they convert systems from AFS to LoanIQ. DUTIES Booking and funding commercial loans in "LoanIQ" Respond to requests from other LOBs to post funds in internal systems and handle money movement activities Reduce the learning curve of "LoanIQ" adoption among the staff as production continues TOP SKILLS Proficiency in "LoanIQ" Commercial loans - booking/ funding operations experience Commercial Loan Closing documents and loan credit agreements Knowledge of AFS is a plus, desired, not required If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply today!
