The Strategic Accounts Manager drives business growth by identifying new customer accounts within the collision repair industry. You will focus on expanding our customers, increasing sales revenue, and establishing strong, long-term relationships with new clients. You will work with sales, marketing, and operational teams to create tailored solutions that meet customer needs and align with goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential new customers within the collision repair segment through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Initiate contact and build relationships with decision-makers to understand their needs and present our products and services.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate terms and close new sales agreements to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with our teams to ensure smooth conversion, onboarding and integration of new accounts.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions within the collision repair sector.
  • Work with marketing and the regions to align lead generation efforts and promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience sales within the automotive or collision repair industry.
  • Understand customer needs and present solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 25-40%.
