Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging training programs, including new hire orientation and safety, job skills and compliance training
• Create and maintain training materials such as SOPs, job aids and internal communications.
• Track training participation and progress using electronic systems: support LMS-related tasks.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through observation and feedback, adjusting programs as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to support skill development and promote a culture of continuous learning.

Basic Qualifications:

• Associates Degree/GED required
• Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in manufacturing, restaurants or retail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Office and Word
• Minimum 1-year experience designing and delivering training programs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or HR Certification (SHRM-CP, CTD, ATD)
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems
• Bilingual (especially Spanish/English)

Candidate should be able to:

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work standing or walking for long periods of time.
• Work bending and squatting.
• Work making fast and repetitive hand motions.
• Work in cold refrigerated and frozen conditions.
