Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Clinic Manager to join our Shakopee Primary Care team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.

Position Summary:

Provide overall direction and daily management of the operation of designated medical units. Assure operational goals and objectives are obtained through planning, implementing, and directing of programs, procedures, systems and support personnel. Assist in planning, research, development, and implementation of new or modified techniques, methods, practices and approaches requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative. Identifies specialized, unique, or complex problem areas and develops recommendations.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager to lead our Family Medicine and Pediatric practices, overseeing a team of 20 clinicians and their supporting staff. This role also provides strategic guidance and operational support to a broad range of specialty services across our campus in collaboration with Park Nicollet and HealthPartners.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of healthcare leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage both people and processes. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a talent for building strong partnerships across internal teams and external organizations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Direct operational oversight of Family Medicine and Pediatrics
  • Strategic support for campus-wide specialty services
  • Problem-solving within complex systems and partnerships
  • Fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented work environment

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8-5pm with some variation to clinic hours and needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (AD with four to eight years' experience)
  • Minimum of two to eight years related supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Experienced with data analysis.

Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:

  • If position requires a RN, current Minnesota license is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • National Certification in Nursing Administration desired
