Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Skilled Nursing | The Alice Center

Shifts & Pay: Evening: $5.10/hr total differential | Night: $6.35/hr total differential. Flexible schedule; minimum 2 shifts per pay period, including 2 weekends per month.

The Alice Center is seeking Per Diem LPNs to provide compassionate, resident-centered care on a flexible schedule. Ideal for those seeking evening or night shifts, competitive pay, and meaningful work in a skilled nursing facility.

Provide medications, monitor resident health, assist with ADLs, maintain a safe and dignified environment, and collaborate on care plans. Must hold a current NY LPN license, be compassionate, reliable, and team oriented. Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Work a minimum of 2 shifts per pay period, including 2 weekends per month. Cover one minor and one major holiday per year. Maintain BLS certification and mandatory education. Missed weekend shifts must be made up within one month.
