Position Overview TEKsystems is seeking Care Coordinators to support a seasonal healthcare program focused on benefit eligibility verification for the upcoming year. This is a contract opportunity with a reputable healthcare support organization, offering a chance to make a meaningful impact in patient care coordination. Key Responsibilities * Verify patient eligibility based on demographics, insurance, and financials * Serve as a liaison between healthcare providers and internal teams * Provide empathetic, professional support to patients and providers * Navigate insurance challenges and explain benefits (Medicare, Medicaid, VA, etc.) * Maintain accurate documentation and follow program guidelines * Escalate complex cases appropriately * Participate in onsite training (Nov 3 - Dec 29), then transition to remote work Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
