Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM Employment Type: 6 month project-based role - opportunity to promote into other depts About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Support Associate to join a high-performing team supporting a leading global investment firm. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about administrative precision, financial processing, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of inbound mail and check processing workflows. From scanning and routing documents to handling financial transactions, your contributions will directly impact client satisfaction and operational integrity. Key Responsibilities * Receive and sort incoming mail from individual investors. * Scan and route forms using automated workflow systems. * Process incoming checks, including deposits and purchase transmissions. * Support internal teams with box pulls, packing room inquiries, and email distribution. * Maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance across all tasks.
