Description Proficient in processing consumer loans from application to close with proven sales results. Interview members/prospective members to identify, consult and fulfill their present and future financial and lending needs. Process consumer loan applications, consult to close loans with ancillary products and service member loan requests. Conduct all member service transactions. Build and maintain favorable member relations/relationships. Comply with internal and external regulations, policies and procedures. Responsible for the achievement of individual sales and service goals including consumer loan origination sales. Successfully complete all required registrations or certifications as needed. Skills customer service, sales, banking, cash handling, financial services, microsoft office, cross sell, process transactions Top Skills Details customer service,sales,banking Additional Skills & Qualifications MUST HAVEs - 2 years of customer service in a retail or corporate setting - 2 years of experience using MS Office products - HS Diploma or GED - Sales experience - Banking (Familiar with banking products ie. what is checking, savings, credit card - They will learn BCU products.) - Ideal profile: Personal banker, bank teller, or member services - Computer skills - use Microsoft office, email and salesforce. SOFT SKILLS -Ability to connect and develop a rapport with customers quickly -Adept at building relationships quickly -Outgoing, talk to people (spend time in the building and cafeteria, meet and great and talk to people). -Independent - can do the work without Nicole -Driven -Dependable -Reliable (always onsite) -Be visible and friendly -PowerPoint presentations sometimes.
