Job Title: Escalation Support Specialist
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina Industry: Financial Services / Brokerage About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Escalation Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with prior brokerage or FINRA experience who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities * Handle inbound customer calls and route them to the appropriate research teams. * Accurately gather and record customer data for complaint intake and regulatory reporting. * Perform minor data analysis to support complaint resolution. * Deliver white-glove customer service with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Top Skills Required * Brokerage / FINRA Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year. * Technical Proficiency: MS Outlook and basic computer skills. * Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professionalism, customer service, and empathy. Nice-to-Have Skills * Experience in complaint intake or escalation support. * Familiarity with regulatory reporting processes. * Exposure to enterprise-level customer service environments.
