*Description*
*Provide desktop support and troubleshoot enterprise and Windows applications (e.g., Office, Adobe, Microsoft Teams, Office 365). *Handle user provisioning and onboarding processes via Active Directory, adhering to global IT governance and SOPs. *Troubleshoot hardware including computers, printers, copiers, multi-functional devices, etc. *Work with vendors for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and installation/operation qualifications. *Image and set up computer hardware, utilizing Intune. *Address tickets from the ticketing system, focusing on hands-on and physical tasks that cannot be handled remotely. *Collaborate with the US IT team and global IT for projects, including infrastructure lifecycle management (e.g., network switches, access points). *Skills* Active Directory, Intune, Autopilot, Windows *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *5+ years of IT experience. *Strong technical skills to work independently and with vendors. *Experience with Intune. *Ability to work effectively in an environment with approximately 110 employees. *Flexibility to drive to additional office location for support, with mileage expensed. *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $43.00/hr.
