A High Quality Children's Apparel Company based out of Oregon is interested in hiring a Logistics Coordinator to their team in Portland, Oregon. This is Hybrid and will allow you to work from home 3 days per week. Job Description: The Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in facilitating different aspects of the Hanna Anderson supply chain. They will manage customs, maintain up-to-date freight logs, and collaborate with vendors and sourcing partners to ensure seamless operations. We're looking for a detail-oriented, clear communicator who is a motivated self-starter. Job Responsibilities: * The logistics coordinator will have the opportunity to coordinate various responsibilities, which opens significant opportunities for autonomy and process enhancements. * Audit and update customs codes for all incoming SKUs from sourcing and brokerage partners. * Review and verify 7501 customs entry forms for all incoming shipments to ensure accuracy. * Process booking requests daily according to planned quantities and delivery schedules. * Research, calculate, and issue chargebacks to vendors or freight forwarders for late or damaged products. * Review freight invoices prior to submitting to finance for payment. * Maintain digital records of all documents for each shipment * Identify and share observed pain points, opportunities for improvement, and potential inefficiencies within the supply chain Skills & Qualifications * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ability to work with data for reporting and analysis. * Relevant experience (such as in logistics, supply chain management, or operations) is highly preferred; 2-3 years is ideal, but equivalent skills gained through related roles will also be considered. * Experience with U.S. Customs, HTS codes, or import/export processes is a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
