Your Impact
The McKinsey Career Network (MCN), in partnership with Alumni Relations, aspires to accelerate alumni impact while reinforcing the enduring value of the firm's global network.
Dedicated to the professional growth of soon-to-be alumni, alumni, and executive friends of the firm, MCN provides strategic career development support to these priority populations.
You will serve as a core thought partner to our global firm function leaders, shaping and advancing MCN's offerings while leading the team responsible for global executive career engagement.
You will build both internal and external networks to strengthen client relationships, unlock new opportunities, and drive innovation through impactful programming and forward-thinking support models. And as we continue to expand our reach, this role is critical to maintain the balance between scaled support for our vast network with more bespoke support for our executive population. Your Growth

This reflects our best estimate of the lowest to highest salary for this role at the time of this posting, ensuring you have a clear picture right from the start, though it's important to remember that actual salaries may vary. Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey's discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
