Duke Health Integrated Practice Duke Health Integrated Practice comprises more than 110 primary and specialty outpatient clinics, extending the reach of Duke Health's mission across the state of North Carolina. JOB LOCATION DHIP Administrative Offices RTP - 4825 Creekstone Dr *This is a 90% remote position - the vast majority is remote work, yet occasional in-person attendance is expected for staff meetings, recruiter pod meetings and/or covering occasional recruitment booth coverage. Most of the internal meetings will be at DHIP's Administrative Office. JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a Physician Recruitment Assistant to join the Duke Medical Staff Recruitment team. Duke Health Integrated Practice is one of the largest academic multi-specialty group practices in the United States comprised of more than 110 clinical practices and nearly 5,000 providers and staff members. This position will partner with a pod of physician and APP recruiters to lead the internal administrative recruitment process in support of DHIP's mission, interfacing with clinical department administrative liaisons to assist with physician and APP staffing needs. The successful hire will be able to coordinate a seamless candidate experience to fill complex clinical positions. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Candidate Evaluation and Qualification Review -

JOB HOURS The schedule for this position is day shifts, Monday-Friday, with no weekends or holidays.
