Position Highlights |
The University of Arizona's Doctor of Physical Therapy Program is seeking local clinicians to participate in the program as associated part-time faculty. Individuals hired for this position will act as instructors in their areas of expertise or lab assistants to support the core faculty. The position is PRN, and hours and days worked will vary. Please Note: The College of Health Sciences will be integrated within the Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health as a new School of Health Professions and Global Medicine, effective July 1, 2025. All existing programs within the current College of Health Sciences will continue within the new School of Health Professions and Global Medicine. Duties & Responsibilities |
- Teach content in the curriculum and/or assist core faculty during lab experiences.
- Utilize clinical expertise to provide instruction and clinical perspectives to students.
- Assist with didactic, small group, and lab teaching as directed by program director.
- Other duties as assigned by program director.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experienced health care professional who is willing to share their expertise with DPT students.

Minimum Qualifications |
- Applicants must hold an active unrestricted PT license in Arizona or the equivalent for their profession if they are not Physical Therapists.

Preferred Qualifications |
- Clinical specialization and prior teaching experience is preferred.
