TEKsystems is currently hiring AR Charge Off Specialists to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Vienna, VA! Job Description: * To recover debt on savings and checking accounts that have been charged off. * To review and determine reasons for non-payment and counsel and assist members and joint owners to address their financial obligations * Review and analyze information in various automated systems * Determine reason for non-payment and work with debtor, co-signor, to establish an equitable repayment arrangement * Counsel and assist debtors and joint owners in handling their financial affairs to enable repayment Background: * Call center experience is preferred * Ability to handle back to back calls Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm OR 10:00am - 6:30pm Location: Vienna, VA/ hybrid schedule with 2 days on site per week Pay (Vienna): $24/hour If interested, please apply here with your updated resume!
