We are hiring for a Terminal Scheduler who is responsible for overseeing the scheduling and coordination of clean product movements at terminals and will collaborate with various stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams, to optimize terminal efficiency and maximize profitability. - Develop and implement schedules for the forecasting, receipt, storage, and distribution of clean products at the terminals.
- Coordinate with suppliers, pipeline operators, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of clean products and advise on product availability.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize storage capacity and minimize stockouts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations related to scheduling and delivery.
- Month end accounting close reconciliation and other relevant activities to expedite proper invoicing.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and address operational issues to maintain smooth terminal operations.
- Continuously analyze and improve scheduling processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Generate reports and provide regular updates on scheduling activities to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
- Train and mentor scheduling team members to ensure their professional growth and development.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in pipeline scheduling or a related role within the energy sector.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and tools commonly used in the industry preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address scheduling conflicts and optimize operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Education
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in in relevant fields such as Engineering, Business or Supply Chain Management.
