Shipping/Receiving Material Handler

Location: Plymouth, IN
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Full-Time | Overtime as Needed

Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Pregis is looking for a Shipping/Receiving Material Handler to support our operations in Plymouth, IN. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in maintaining safety and quality, and wants to be part of a collaborative team.

What You'll Do:

• Safely operate forklifts to move and organize materials.
• Manually load and unload trucks with care and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and process shipping/receiving documentation.
• Perform quality checks and report any defects.
• Support operations across multiple buildings as needed.
• Keep work areas clean and safe through regular housekeeping.
• Attend safety meetings and complete required training.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of forklift experience (must pass certification on Day 1).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warm, humid environment.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Comfortable using a tape measure and solving basic math problems.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
