Linde Gas & Equipment, Inc. is seeking a Price Administrator to join our team located in Allentown, PA. The Price Administrator will provide comprehensive and professional administrative support to local Management, Internal Department personnel & Customers. Providing accurate and timely customer support, reconciliation and resolution will be a key function of the Price Administrator. Responsibilities (1st Shift)

Account Maintenance

* New Account Maintenance

* Contract Pricing & Fees

* Delivery Time Tracking

* Blanket Purchase Orders

* Monthly Rental Billing

* Supplier Portal Maintenance

* Interact with internal Sales & Customer Service Teams

eCommerce Invoicing

* Supplier Portal Billing Maintenance

* Portal Account Maintenance

* Submit Linde Invoices

* Interact with internal Sales & Collections Teams

* Interact with internal Corp. IT

* Interact with external Purchasing Depts.

Qualifications

• H.S. Degree is required
• College Degree preferred
• Superior internet navigational skills
• Demonstrated ability to multitask daily duties
• Interact in a team environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high professionalism
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• Proficient in MS Office 365
• Proficient in MS Teams
• Minimum 2+ years Administrative Support
• Minimum 2+ years B2B eCommerce e-Invoicing

• Other Duties & Special Projects as assigned
