POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Digital Experience Specialist is responsible for providing outstanding service to all that contact Republic Bank, client or non-client. This position will also strive to provide accurate information to all inquiries while demonstrating limited independent decision-making skills and superior knowledge of bank products and services. In addition, the representative is responsible for the ongoing upkeep of department statistics, filing, applications, reports and account maintenance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum 1 year of previous Banking experience required.
* Previous Administrative experience preferred.
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Process and review all registrations for Internet Banking services and/or products.
* Contact clients and resolve any discrepancies from online registrations.
* Responsible for processing Internet Banking related maintenance request in a timely and efficient manner which include; address / phone number changes, email address changes, file maintenances, debit card and check orders, Bill Pay funding account, etc.
* Protect client information by following department security guidelines and procedures.
* Assist with Mobile Deposit review process and contact clients concerning declined deposits or other questionable mobile deposit issues.
* Set up and maintain new Internet & Mobile Banking users on various systems and platforms.
* Provide account information and perform necessary research.
* Resolve basic client inquiries with a strong emphasis on cross-selling bank products and services
* Effectively use bank resources, procedure manuals and reference materials to independently service client inquiries whenever possible.
* Answer incoming live chats and emails in a timely, professional manner; make outbound calls or follow up emails as directed.
* Follow department best practice standards for providing excellent service and selling bank products.
* Consistently strive to provide one call/chat resolution; escalate any issues/questions that arise to a supervisor.
* Assist clients and other associates through Live Assistance or call transfers.
* Maintain a working knowledge of compliance requirements affecting your position and area of responsibilities and actively learn new regulations and assist in the implementation, if required.
* Model and foster behaviors that support the Bank's values and corporate culture creating an atmosphere of trust, cooperation, accountability, and dedication to the organization.
* Willingly perform all other duties and projects as assigned.

* Travel between Republic Banking facilities may be required including occasional out of town travel.
* Flexible work schedule may include some evenings, weekends and/or overtime.
