Job Summary
The Supervisor, Warehouse oversees the warehousing operations (receiving, warehousing, shipping, and inventory control) at the Wilson, NC Facility. The Supervisor is responsible for training and leading a team of warehouse personnel in critical documentation, material handling and storage, order picking and inventory control.
Shift for this position will be 11am-8pm. *Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 *Position is eligible to participate in a bonus plan with a target of 6% of the base salary *Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities. *Our benefits and programs are comprehensive and thoughtfully crafted to ensure our colleagues live healthy lives and have support when it matters most. Responsibilities * Responsible for the efficient and timely management of daily material flow into and out of the warehouse. * Oversees proper data entry and accuracy of all warehouse transactions entered into the SAP operating system. * Effectively collaborates with internal departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations. * Responsible for oversight of transportation of finished goods to ensure timely transfer to the distribution centers. Manages and coordinates the movement of all materials. * Administers and evaluates site continuous inventory cycle count program to ensure accurate inventory balances in the SAP operating system. Ensure reconciliation of discrepancies, reporting and corrective actions. * Develops new and revises current SOP's as necessary to ensure cGMP compliance associated with warehouse operation. Maintains all records and documentation necessary for all warehouse operations. Works within Documentum system for all SOP revisions and change notices. * Work with EH&S to ensure warehouse safety programs are in place and implement new safety programs for the warehouse operation. * Responsible for the overall training of warehouse personnel on relevant SOPs, systems and cGMP concerns. * Manages department personnel issues related to performance. Ensures performance appraisals of warehouse personnel are completed in timely manner. * Completes deviation reports and action plans in the Trackwise system as required * Responsible for the recruiting, development and retaining of staff. Motivate and develop the warehouse team to optimize their performance, their personal and professional growth. * Provide orientation, training, establish goals and objectives. * Provide working environment that safe, motivational. Recognize contributions and performance. * Ensure all employees are properly trained for the functions they are performing and ensure compliance with all regulatory agency requirements are met * Support ISO 14001, ISO 5001 and ISO 45001 standards REQUIREMENTS * BS degree in a related field or equivalent related experience. * 3+ years' experience in shipping/receiving and warehouse operations. Experience in the pharmaceutical or a related industry preferable. * Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems, preferably SAP. * Must be able to work effectively with electronic management tools and systems, including Documentum, Trackwise and Learning Management System * Strong problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
