As a Senior Sales Associate focusing on our Investment Banking Advisory & Capital Markets products, you will be involved in all pursuit activities within an existing & new logo customer base primarily in the Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Private Equity, Consulting & Legal Advisory communities. You will be focusing on all sales (new, cross-sells, up-sells) in the US & Canada territories for these assigned products. You will lead on deals aligned to Infrastructure Finance & our IFR offering and be responsible for supporting deals in the broader product suite. The role works in close partnership with internal stakeholders to proactively drive gross sales and revenue.

Role Responsibilities

  • Prospect and build the top side of the opportunity funnel
  • Structure, negotiate and close deals
  • Build and develop strong internal relationships with Account Managers and other key partners
  • Develop the territory sales strategy to identify sales opportunities and achieve sales target
  • Support Senior Sales Specialists through sales cycle
  • Provide market insights and share Refinitiv / LSEG thought leadership with customers
  • Deliver customer demonstrations on Wealth products to customers and prospects

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • 2+ years of industry, sales or market experience (prior experience selling/supporting desktop/fintech solutions a plus)
  • Infrastructure Finance & Capital Raising product experience
  • Proven track record in a lead generation capacity
  • Deep understanding of financial markets and a strong understanding of customers' business models and workflows
  • Strong sales closer with world class, consultative selling and relationship skills
  • Creative thinker and good sales ideation skills
  • Excellent presentation skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize and execute a sales plan
  • Executive presence

Compensation/Benefits Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $94,800 - $158,000. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
