Reporting To: Director of Operations This position is located at North Central Research & Outreach Center (NCROC) in Grand Rapids, MN.NCROC is characterized by the diversity of our research activities. In addition to traditional crop and livestock research, scientists at the center study agricultural engineering, environmental issues, forestry, industrial by-product utilization, horticulture, and wild rice. This position performs general custodial, groundskeeping, and light maintenance tasks following detailed instructions to ensure a clean, safe, and functional facility and campus environment. Duties include cleaning and sanitation, floor care, grounds maintenance, event setup, and other operational support. These examples do not include all possible responsibilities in this work and do not limit the assignment of related responsibilities in any position of this classification. Major Areas of Responsibility:
