This role an entry level role that supports in the planning, execution, and management of the Medical Affairs Department.

How you will contribute

This role will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our organization and develop your professional skills by performing the following...



  • Acts as administrative assistant to Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Medical Affairs team members
  • Arranges travel schedules and reservations for Medical Affairs team
  • Assists with planning and organizing department events and meetings
  • Manages meetings inclusive of setting agendas, recording, and distributing minutes
  • Assists in preparation and editing of correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Assists in the creation of and distribution of education materials and communications
  • Supports the preparation of training materials and supporting training sessions as needed, including maintaining study level training documentation
  • Support the department training coordination activities
  • Supports the creation and review of scientific content for healthcare professionals (HCPs). Supports the development of scientific publications, posters, and presentations. Collects, analyzes and summarizes information as needed.
  • Conducts literature reviews and summarize findings for internal use
  • Quarterly review of WHO and CDC websites (and others) for emerging pathogens and provide report to Medical Lead of Milk Bank
  • Researches a variety of issues and work on special projects
  • Supports invoice and budget activities
  • Assists in the development and execution of medical education programs
  • Helps manage external medical inquiries and provide accurate, balanced, and timely information to inquirers
  • Coordinates with external stakeholders such as Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and advisory boards
  • Ensures all activities comply with regulatory and company standards
  • Maintains confidentiality and sensitivity of documents, information, and interactions.
  • Maintains accurate records of medical affairs activities and communications.
  • Other activities as required


What you bring to the role



  • Bachelor's degree with a preferred focus on a life science or healthcare related field
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and scientific literature
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to act with a consistent sense of urgency
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Intellectual curiosity and learning agility
