Job Description Northwell Holdings is the strategic corporate venture capital and innovation arm of Northwell Health, New York's largest health care provider. In collaboration with our 100k+ colleagues, the Holdings team identifies, develops, and transforms groundbreaking healthcare solutions into sustainable value for the entire Northwell Health enterprise. Through a comprehensive investment approach spanning internal innovations, external company investments, and new company creation, the team targets emerging technologies and solutions that align with Northwell's mission while addressing critical clinical and operational challenges. As a Senior Ventures Associate, you will be responsible to identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, business relationships, and equity investments, while using the appropriate analytical and process-related activities to support the Ventures group. You will work with key internal/external stakeholders, including executives, clinicians, and other venture funds, etc. to support the formation of start-up organizations, spin-outs, and new joint ventures. You will also engage a broad range of activities supporting Northwell Ventures including: supporting the investment and deal process (market research, internal review documents, modeling financials and cap tables, due diligence and analysis, term sheet generation, etc.) Job Responsibility
- Conducts deal due diligence, including valuation, analytics, negotiations, and post-investment monitoring, including SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) business analyses, financial modeling, market research, competitive benchmarking, and other tasks required to advance start-up projects, spin-outs and joint venture opportunities.
- Prepares investment memos and committee materials.
- Prepares reports, including deal-flow and portfolio summaries.
- Assists leadership with managing multiple projects and initiatives related to strategic investments and operational plans for new business opportunities.
- Analyzes, verifies, tracks strategic partnerships, internal and external relationships, and equity investments.
- Leads and supports all required deal making activities related to joint ventures and/or strategic partnerships including necessary analysis, development of deal structure and terms and financial arrangements.
- Works with stakeholders, including executives, clinicians, and other venture funds. Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients and stakeholders; demonstrates excellence of delivery through leading by example and setting standards.
- Operates under general guidance on varied work assignments that require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Job Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 5-7 years of finance/investment focused experience (Consulting, VC/PE/Banking) with healthcare sector experience preferred.
