Description A Brief Overview

The Senior Project Manager, Construction Services provides high-level oversight and strategic direction for complex construction projects from inception through completion. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing large-scale capital construction initiatives, and ensuring successful project delivery in alignment with organizational goals. The Senior Project Manager serves as a primary liaison with key stakeholders and drives accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality performance.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the planning and execution of major construction projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and contractual obligations.
  • Develop and oversee project delivery strategies in collaboration with executive leadership, estimating teams, and business development
  • Direct preconstruction activities, including bidding stage, scope evaluation, and comprehensive contract and risk review.
  • Establish strong working relationships with internal and external customers, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies, ensuring clarity in requirements, alignment in expectations, and advocacy for best construction practices.
  • Translate complex project requirements into actionable plans, overseeing execution through detailed coordination with operations, field personnel, and subcontractors.
  • Act as the senior point of contact and advocate throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring exceptional service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Facilitate executive-level communication and reporting, ensuring transparency across departments and providing strategic updates on budget, schedule, risk, and performance metrics.
  • Drive effective resource planning, procurement, and scheduling to ensure continuity, minimize disruptions, and maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Oversee the management of change orders, RFIs, and project documentation, ensuring timely resolution and proper communication of adjustments to all stakeholders.
  • Manage the coordination of design and detailing efforts to meet technical requirements, design intent, and constructability standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual, safety, and quality standards, promoting continuous improvement across teams and projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting professional development.
