The Director, Ambulatory Operations, Initiatives and Implementation, is responsible for leading and advancing strategic growth initiatives within UVA Health Medical Center Ambulatory Operations. This role supports the integration of ambulatory business operations with a focus on accelerating service expansion, supporting construction and renovation projects, and providing flexible, scalable operational infrastructure to absorb unanticipated and priority demands. The Director plays a critical role in improving system integration to support clinical and business development strategies while strengthening organizational agility. The role excludes clinical/nursing and access operations oversight, which are resourced separately.
