The base pay range for this role is estimated to be$44,000 - $65,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
Responsibilities of this Position:
- Formulate and keep up an Action Item List (punch list) for monitoring and resolving issues.
- Confirm all components are accurately installed per the system's drawings, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Verify units are positioned at the accurate elevation and installed straight and level.
- Ensure supports and hangers are plumb and securely fastened.
- Check for any loose or missing hardware to maintain system integrity.
- Confirm that the belt path and tension are correct and supervised accurately.
- Learn accurate product tracking methods to improve system efficiency.
- Complete all items from the model-specific checklist with attention to detail.
- Learn how to confirm build speeds of all units, ensuring they meet specifications.
- Perform low-volume tests using a range of carton sizes to check for dead zones, catch points, and product/edge tracking issues.
- Install, run-in, and fix equipment, ensuring it operates flawlessly.

- Basic problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical issues.
