Staffmark is hiring a dependable and hardworking Grinder Operator in Chandler, AZ! If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in precision, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Pay: $22 per hour

Schedule: 2pm - 11pm, Monday - Friday

What You'll Be Doing:



  • Set up and operate grinding and finishing tools to smooth, deburr, and polish metal parts.
  • Read blueprints and work instructions to ensure parts meet specifications.
  • Inspect and measure components using tools such as calipers and gauges.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety and production guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members and report defects or equipment issues promptly.




What You Bring:



  • Must have six months of warehouse experience.
  • Previous experience with grinding, polishing, or metal finishing preferred (but not required - will train)
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable attendance and attention to detail
  • Must be comfortable working in a production/warehouse environment
