We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a vital contributor to our core Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) system. In this role, you won't just be performing tasks; you'll be an indispensable problem-solver, a collaborative partner, and a champion for efficiency, directly impacting our financial health and operational excellence. Your expertise will empower our teams, streamline workflows, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial systems, making a tangible difference every single day. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide essential daily functional support for our core Purchase-to-Pay system, assisting internal and external users with requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, and invoice processing.
* Act as a primary troubleshooter, diagnosing and resolving workflow and functional issues within the P2P system, and escalating technical problems to minimize operational disruptions.
* Collaborate closely with accounts payable, procurement, finance, and IT teams to ensure system functionality and workflows are perfectly aligned with evolving business needs.
* Develop, maintain, and enhance clear, user-friendly documentation for P2P processes, procedures, and training materials, empowering users across the organization.
* Proactively identify inefficiencies in current operational workflows and recommend innovative enhancements to boost overall effectiveness and system performance.
* Monitor system workflows and data integrity diligently, ensuring strict compliance with internal controls and procurement policies.
* Support various projects and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new processes or functionalities implemented within the P2P module. **Qualifications:** * A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
* Proven experience (minimum 3 years preferred) supporting procurement functionality within a leading enterprise resource planning (ERP) system or similar systems in a procurement or finance context.
* Strong foundational understanding of procurement and accounts payable processes.
* Familiarity with service desk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
* Solid knowledge of procurement policies and compliance standards.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex system functions clearly and creating clear, structured documentation.
* Demonstrated experience in writing and maintaining comprehensive business process documentation.
* Ability to thrive both independently and as a collaborative member of cross-functional teams, fostering strong working relationships.
