Senior Change Management Program Lead
Overview Waters Corporation is seeking a Senior Change Management Leader to drive the design and execution of our change management strategy, ensuring a smooth transition that accelerates adoption, minimizes disruption, and maximizes business value. The ideal candidate brings deep change management experience, including mergers & acquisitions (M&A), proven success developing and operationalizing integration playbooks, and the ability to coach senior leaders through complex organizational change. This role is both strategic and hands-on, from assessing change impact to leading large-scale change initiatives. The successful candidate will enhance team capabilities while building rigor and process to ensure effective change management. This is a hybrid role based in Milford, MA. Develop and execute the overarching change management and communications strategy for integrations, aligned with business objectives and transformation goals.
