About the Role Join a collaborative and technically driven team, where you'll begin your journey as an Order Processing Representative. This is not your typical customer service role-our team handles custom orders and works closely with engineering, warehouse, and other departments to ensure client-specific needs are met. You'll start with a focus on data entry while learning our systems and product lines, and grow into a dynamic support role for customers and sales representatives. Key Responsibilities * Provide support to customers and sales reps through quoting, order entry, restocking, and issue resolution. * Troubleshoot client-specific inquiries by collaborating with internal departments. * Deliver accurate and timely responses using Outlook, Excel, and SAP. * Enter and manage custom orders with precision and attention to detail. * Learn and navigate SAP and internal systems to support order fulfillment. * Maintain accurate documentation and records. * Communicate effectively with engineering, warehouse, and other teams to resolve order-related issues. * Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and suggesting solutions. Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of customer service or order entry experience * Strong computer skills and ability to type at least 45 WPM * Analytical thinking and ability to learn technical product knowledge * High School Diploma or equivalent Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.53 - $22.53/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
