Job Description:

The Senior People Experience Partner (PXP) is a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, aligning HR programs and initiatives with business objectives. Supporting the Commercial, IT, and Finance organizations, this role is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement, and continuous improvement-while fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.
1. Strategic Partnership
*Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational design
*Align people strategies with business objectives to improve performance and engagement
*Influence business decisions with a balanced, people-first approach
*Lead and support organizational design initiatives to ensure teams are structured for agility, scalability, and success
2. Talent Management
*Partner with leaders to activate and enable high performance across teams
*Drive the talent review process, including succession planning and career development initiatives
*Ensure equitable talent practices, identifying and addressing any systemic gaps in growth, mobility, or development opportunities across employee groups
3. Employee Experience & Culture
*Partner with leaders to enhance the employee experience and foster a strong, values-aligned team culture
*Design and implement programs that support engagement, well-being, and high performance
*Strategically lead the delivery of key People initiatives (e.g., engagement programs, performance reviews, goal setting)
4. Leadership Coaching & Development
*Coach leaders to enhance team effectiveness and management capabilities
*Identify and support leadership development opportunities
*Support team talent reviews and effectiveness sessions, including facilitation of team offsites, diagnostics, or retrospectives
5. Change Management & Continuous Improvement
*Apply change management frameworks and strategies to support transformation initiatives
*Continuously improve HR processes and programs with data-driven insights
6. Data and Analytics
*Use HR metrics to inform strategy and identify workforce trends
*Leverage data to drive solutions that enhance retention, engagement, and performance
*Translate insights into strategic action, providing story-driven reporting to influence leadership decisions

Skills:

Education & Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience| Required
