What You'll Do

* Oversee community licensure, certification, and compliance with regulations
* Lead health services operations with focus on quality, safety, and service excellence
* Manage department directors and support interdisciplinary teams
* Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and regulatory partners
* Monitor budgets, analyze financial performance, and participate in collections and A/R
* Coach and develop team members to achieve operational goals
* Support admissions, occupancy development, and resident satisfaction initiatives
