Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst

Location(s): Seattle, WA

Role Overview:

The Quality Assurance Analyst (Test Lead) will manage the product lifecycle and quality assurance processes for in-restaurant and drive-thru payment technology, digital/mobile payment systems, and menu management platforms. This role ensures optimal system performance, regulatory compliance, and seamless payment experiences across US restaurant operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the QA function for payment and menu management systems, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including market strategy, roadmap creation, feature prioritization, requirements gathering, development, and adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with product architects, development teams, and third-party vendors to optimize system performance and reliability.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system resiliency, simplify upgrades, and standardize integrations with third-party systems.
  • Partner with cross-functional global teams, including Deployment, Support, Vendor Management, Global Technology, and Global Treasury.
  • Ensure all US payment devices are up to date, PCI compliant, and adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Lead demos and present new features to stakeholders and operations technology teams.
  • Build and maintain prioritized product backlogs and roadmaps aligned with US and global strategies.
  • Oversee and mentor Solution Readiness Managers and Business Technical Analysts.
  • Drive collaboration across internal teams and vendor partners to deliver high-quality releases.
  • Represent payment technology leadership at conferences and field office meetings.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years testing Payment Entry Devices (PED).
  • Proven experience in leading QA or Test Lead roles within payment or POS environments.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendor relationships.
  • In-depth understanding of PCI compliance and regulatory requirements for payment technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software builds, features, and enhancements.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and influencing skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with restaurant or retail payment systems.
  • Familiarity with digital/mobile payment integrations and menu management tools.
  • Track record of mentoring and developing team talent.
