Job Summary

The Reliability Engineer will help set project quality targets through warranty analysis and past Test Incident Reports (TIR), supporting the improvement of designs, conducting Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R) planning, and assist in problem-solving of high-risk test-related issues.

Job Responsibilities




  • Demonstrates working knowledge of Design Verification Plan; Report (DVP&R) planning.
  • Solves problems related to high risk or test-related issues.
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of continuous improvement practices through the design of improved product designs.
  • Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team



Education Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree Required



Education Specifications




  • Bachelor's degree required in Engineering or related technical field



Experience Requirements




  • Requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • Demonstrated skills in the areas of product reliability, testing, or quality engineering.
  • Ability to explain complex information to others in straightforward situations
  • Demonstrated skill in communicating concepts to others in a clear, concise, and understandable manner.
  • Demonstrated experience with Product Verification & Validation Test planning and execution.
