Platform Solution Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Platform Solution Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP modules with integration to other platforms, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, on time and within budget. This role is crucial for ensuring our solutions align with business objectives and deliver tangible value. What Will You Do:
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, including S/4HANA implementations, module rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and third-party vendors. Effectively manage expectations and communicate project status, risks, and issues.
  • Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing project team, including functional consultants, technical developers, and business analysts. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop and execute contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets and allocate resources efficiently to achieve project goals without compromising quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet high-quality standards and are in compliance with established methodologies and best practices (e.g., ASAP, Agile, Activate).
  • Change Management: Work closely with change management teams to ensure smooth user adoption of new SAP solutions.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships and performance of external vendors and consulting partners involved in the project.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing large-scale IT projects, with at least 5 years specifically managing SAP projects.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, SAP Activate, PRINCE2) are highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with full life-cycle SAP implementations (from blueprint to go-live and post-go-live support).
  • Proven experience in managing project budgets of $[e.g., 1M+] or more.
  • Strong understanding of SAP architecture and key modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM).
  • Experience with S/4HANA implementation methodology is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $117,200.00 - $175,800.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
