Venable LLP's Antitrust Group is seeking a mid-level to senior antitrust associate with a minimum of three years of experience to join the practice in the Washington, DC office. Our Antitrust practice seeks a talented mid-level to senior antitrust associate with broad-based experience across the full spectrum of antitrust law - everything from high-stakes litigation to government investigations to strategic counseling with confidence and sound judgment. As a key member of our team, you'll work on complex antitrust litigation, defending clients in high-profile matters that often involve multi-district proceedings and parallel government investigations. You will also represent clients before the FTC, DOH and state attorneys general in both conduct investigations - such as alleged price-fixing, market allocation, and monopolization - and merger investigations involving transactions that raise competitive concerns. In addition to advocacy, you'll provide strategic counseling on a wide range of antitrust issues, including distribution practices, competitive collaborations, and non-compete arrangements. You'll also help clients proactively manage risk by developing and delivering compliance programs and training sessions, including presentations to C-suite executives and boards.

The actual salary offered will be based on a number of job-related factors including, but not limited to, years of related experience, level of education, skills, credentials and certifications, responsibilities and performance.
