AI Enablement Manager

We have an opportunity for an AI Enablement Manager to join our Business Strategy team located in Tacoma, WA, reporting to the Director of Business Strategy. In this pivotal role, you will be able to thrive in a unique work environment that emphasizes career growth, excellence, innovation, and collaboration. Collaborating closely with all parts of the Infoblox organization, including functional leaders, technical teams, and enablement partners, you will design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and self-service resources to educate employees on available AI tools and functionalities. Be a Contributor - What You'll Do

• Support, manage and evolve Infoblox's enterprise-wide AI & Copilot enablement strategy, ensuring tight alignment with company strategy, business objectives and functional roadmaps
• Lead large-scale, multi-department roll-outs of Copilot and GenAI capabilities, coordinating change management, communications, and training plans end-to-end
• Drive cross-functional collaboration among the enterprise and business-unit leadership to embed AI best practices into core workflows
• Enhance and govern enterprise metrics / OKRs to measure adoption, productivity impact, and ROI of our enterprise-wide deployed AI platforms/solutions; synthesize insights and present recommendations
• Champion a culture of continuous learning and experimentation, building and mentoring a community of AI "power users," trainers, and departmental champions
• Serve as internal thought leader on emerging AI technologies, translating complex concepts into actionable guidance and evangelizing innovation opportunities

Be Prepared - What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, education, or a related field and 12+ years of experience in technology enablement, training, communications and/or change management or
• Master's degree in business, IT, education, or a related field and 8+ years of experience in technology enablement, training, communications and/or change management
• Proven success leading company-wide technology-adoption or transformation programs for hundreds of users, ideally focused on AI, automation, or digital-workplace tools
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate strategy into scalable enablement programs
• Deep expertise with Microsoft 365, GenAI tools, and complementary AI platforms; familiarity with enterprise search and knowledge-management solutions
• Advanced skills in multi-modal content development (live, virtual, self-service, micro-learning)
• Experience setting KPIs/OKRs and using analytics to iterate on programs and communicate ROI
• Recognized change-management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) with the ability to coach others on change-leadership techniques
• Ability to travel up to 30 % to foster adoption and champion AI initiatives across global offices

Be Successful - Your Path

First 90 Days: Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors (Blox Buddies), and meet with key stakeholders that rely on your work. Conduct audit of Copilot/AI usage, tooling, and skill gaps; draft short/long-term AI enablement goals with success metrics.

Six Months: Launch and complete the first enterprise-wide GenAI enablement wave, reaching active usage targets in priority functions; stand up an AI Champions network and a self-service knowledge hub; build foundations for data-driven adoption & impact reporting.

One Year: Deliver a measurable impact on employee productivity and quality improvements through AI tool adoption. Expand the AI Enablement framework and programs to support additional AI capabilities, applications and tools. Lead an internal community of AI champions and departmental power users and enablement specialists. Partner with HR, IT, and Business Strategy on broader technology enablement strategies as needed.
