Warehouse Assembler

Staffmark is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assembler to join our team in Burnsville. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced warehouse environment supporting industries like consumer goods, medical devices, and pharmaceutical supplies.

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick, package, and palletize materials using forklifts or other equipment
• Assemble and hand-pack a variety of products per standard procedures
• Repackage, label, and prepare items for shipment (including hazardous/international shipments)
• Load/unload trucks and process stock transfers in ERP system
• Replenish inventory and support cycle counts and returns
• Create and process work and sales orders
• Cross-train and assist other warehouse associates as needed
• Ensure order accuracy and maintain quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of warehouse or assembly experience
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs
• Experience with forklifts, power jacks, and handheld scanners
• Familiarity with GMP/GDP standards a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic computer skills and ERP system experience preferred
• Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn
• Flexible and able to work overtime when needed
