What to Expect As a Financial Services Specialist, you will help manage Tesla's North American captive vehicle leasing, vehicle loan, and energy loan portfolio. Acting as a primary point of contact for customers, you will also collaborate with internal and external Tesla teams to service the portfolio. The right person for this role will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment. A successful candidate will be eager to take on responsibilities related to operational efficiency and process improvementCommunication skills are essential as you will interact with customers daily and collaborate closely with management to raise and resolve issues effectively.
