We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our operational efficiency and productivity by designing and implementing robust industrial systems. You will work across various departments, collaborating with diverse teams to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall resource utilization. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in a challenging and rewarding environment, contributing directly to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Design and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement integrated industrial systems that effectively combine people, systems, equipment, materials, and space. Focus on optimizing the use of all resources to achieve maximum efficiency and output.

  • Manufacturing Process Optimization: Design and refine manufacturing methods, procedures, and production sequences. Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, implementing solutions that enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.

  • Data Collection and Work Studies: Conduct comprehensive data collection and perform detailed work studies to analyze operational effectiveness. Utilize various analytical tools and techniques to identify inefficiencies, measure performance, and propose data-driven improvements.

  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Actively participate in and lead continuous improvement initiatives, applying lean manufacturing principles and other industrial engineering methodologies. Drive projects aimed at enhancing quality, reducing lead times, and improving overall operational performance.

  • Problem Solving and Analysis: Identify and analyze complex operational problems, developing innovative and practical solutions. Utilize problem-solving techniques such as root cause analysis to address underlying issues and prevent recurrence.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, supply chain, and management, to ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes. Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Other Duties as Assigned: Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support the operational goals and objectives of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing industrial systems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in data collection and work study methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.

  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and other continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Requirements
  • Currently pursuing at least a Bachelors degree in Engineering: (Industrial, Mechanical, etc.)

  • Graduation date no later then Dec. 2029.
